Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data associated with your account.
How to request

Data Rights Request. - Specify request type: access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your TMS Loan Tracker account from Security settings in the app or from our public account-deletion page. The public path works without reinstalling the app and explains what is deleted, de-identified, or retained.
Verification and response
We may verify account ownership before acting on a request. Response timing depends on request complexity and applicable law.
Retention exceptions
Live account data is erased immediately after verification. Inaccessible encrypted backups may persist for up to 365 days. Minimal de-identified custody, transaction, security, fraud, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years when necessary.
