Delete your TMS Loan Tracker account

This public page is provided by Vetted Patriots, Inc. for TMS Loan Tracker and TrackMyShit accounts. You do not need the app installed to use it.

What deletion does

• Permanently removes your sign-in identity, profile, contact details, credentials, sessions, API tokens, preferences, saved searches, device registrations, and private activity inbox.
• Deletes first-party photos and attachments tied to your account and removes personal notes, locations, and message content attributable to you.
• Removes your items from discovery and de-identifies loan and chain-of-custody structure that must remain understandable to other loan participants.
• Asks contracted service providers to delete associated personal data where they retain it for us.

Limited retention

The live account is erased immediately after the password check. Encrypted backup copies may remain inaccessible in normal operations for up to 365 days before rotation. Minimal de-identified custody, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years when necessary; direct identifiers are removed when they are not required.

Permanent deletion

This cannot be undone. Download anything you need first. If you only want a correction or export, use Data Rights instead.
