Community Safety Rules

Version 2026-08-29 · Applies before creating or uploading shared content

TrackMyShit connects people who are already participating in an item, loan, return, marketplace request, or recovery workflow. Shared messages, photos, notes, listings, reviews, and reports must stay relevant, lawful, and safe.

Content and conduct we prohibit

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or encouragement of violence.
• Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, or solicitation.
• Graphic violence, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, or content targeting protected groups.
• Fraud, impersonation, scams, false evidence, illegal transactions, or instructions for illegal conduct.
• Publishing private contact, location, identity, or account information without authorization.
• Spam, repeated unwanted contact, malicious files, or attempts to evade safety controls.

Your safety controls

• Report: report a message and its sender from the conversation where it appears.
• Block: stop new direct messages and message notifications between you and that user.
• Preserved records: blocking does not erase existing custody or safety evidence.
• Emergency: immediate danger belongs with local emergency services, not an in-app report.

Moderation and enforcement

Reports may be reviewed by authorized administrators. We may restrict content, suspend messaging, disable accounts, preserve necessary safety evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Abuse of reporting or blocking controls is also prohibited.

These rules supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
